The SansWrite Private Web Portal allows an organization's staff full or limited access data via the Internet. Using a secure login, staff can access, add or update sensitive data, view completed inspections and run statistical reports. Access to Private Portal data is controled by defining profiles for different groups of users.

The SansWrite Public Portal allows anyone on the Internet limited access to an organization's data. Unlike the Private Portal, the Public Portal provides read-only access to non-sensitive data and completed inspections.
